 W@tchCDR

W@tchCom

W@tchLDM API

As stand-alone devices, W@tchCDR probes are able to collect call data at the endpoints of public switched telephone networks (PSTN) and to generate CDRs in real-time.

The data storage capabilities of the PBX-independent probes and their suitability for data transmission via TCP/IP provide
the basis for a distributed solution.

Data capture occurs passively, i.e. the lines are in no way affected by the system.   If required, the CDR records collected at remote sites can be stored and evaluated
on a central system.

High-Grade QoS Monitoring
The CDR records include the calling party number, called party number, the call duration, charge information, reason why certain calls could not be established or were cut-off. The call detail data is stored in an MSDE, Microsoft® SQL or MySQL database for further usage.
